2. Have 2 meatless days. I know I did not eat any meat on Tuesday.
3. Lift weights: tuesday and thursday. I lifted Tuesday.
4. Interval run: Monday. Done on treadmill.
5. Replace one product with an organic one. Bought Tom’s organic toothpaste: peppermint. Verdict: I like.
