To make pork stir fry:
Cut up 2 pork chops into bite size pieces. Brown in a skillet. Add any chopped up vegetables you may have in your fridge. In this case it was broccoli, red and orange peppers, carrots, and onion. Saute in juices from pork and a small amount of grapeseed oil on medium heat. Mix together the sauce: about 3/4 c chicken or beef broth, 1-2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp peanut sauce, a big squirt of hot sauce, and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Whisk together, add a tbsp of cornstarch, mix and add the pork and veggies. Heat until boiling, and cover and let simmer for 5 minutes. You can add spinach now if you want. Let sit for another 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken.
