Goals for November 12

1. Stick to 1600 calories each day for 5 days. (Monday thru Friday)

2. Lift weights 2 times this week. (Monday and Wednesday)

3. Do one interval run on the treadmill. (Thursday)

4. Practice yoga 2 times this week, one time in the morning before work.

5. Do a random act of kindness for someone.
